Último concierto XI Festival Internacional del Órgano de Benidorm
Este sábado 16 de diciembre tendrá lugar la última jornada de conciertos que ha englobado el XI Festival del Órgano de Benidorm con un Concierto Especial de Navidad.
En esta ocasión, será la Coral de Benidorm junto al organista Josep Vicent Giner, quienes darán el concierto, el sábado en la Iglesia de San Jaime a las 20:00.
En cuanto al reportorio del concierto, este incluye obras de L. Claude Daquin, J.S Bach, P. I.Tchaikovsky, Claude Balbastre, Francis Poulenc o A. Vivaldi.
La entrada es gratuita hasta completar aforo.
Escape Rooms
Comienzan las Escape Rooms organizadas por la Concejalía de Juventud.
El domingo 17 de diciembre podremos disfrutar de las dos primeras: ‘la Cura’ y ‘Room 13’.
Todas ellas serán en el Centro Cultural de Benidorm y los pases para este domingo son los siguientes: por la mañana a las 11:00, 12:00 y 13:00, y por la tarde a las 17:00, 18:00 y 19:00.
Aquellos que estén interesados en participar, deben inscribirse en el Centro de Información Juvenil de Benidorm, facilitando los nombres de los seis participantes y el horario elegido junto con un teléfono de contacto.
XIII San Silvestre Benidorm
La San Silvestre vuelve a Benidorm para otra edición más.
Este próximo domingo 17 de diciembre se disputará la carrera popular San Silvestre con las modalidades de: Carrera y caminata 5km y carrera infantil.
La salida tendrá lugar desde la av. Europa con la Playa de Levante y los horarios serán los siguientes:
- 10:15H. DISFRACES ADULTOS
- 10:30H. SALIDA CARRERA
- 10:35H. SALIDA CAMINATA/MARCHA NÓRDICA
- 11:45H. DISFRACES INFANTILES
- 12H. CARRERAS INFANTILES
- 12:30H. ENTREGA DE PREMIOS
Las inscripciones deben realizarse en XIII San Silvestre Benidorm.
50ª edición de las Navidades Náuticas
Este fin de semana y el próximo 13 y 14 de enero, se celebrará la 50a edición de las Navidades Náuticas.
Este fin de semana se celebrarán las regatas de vela ligera con embarcaciones 420 y Clase ILCA.
El programa de actividades será el siguiente:
- Sábado 16 de diciembre
- Apertura oficina de regatas – 09:30
- Inicio pruebas – 12:00
- Domingo 17 de diciembre
- Inicio pruebas – 11:00
- Entrega de trofeos – 16:30
La competición se realizará en modalidad de flota, por clases, con un total de 6 pruebas por clase, pudiendo descartar la de peor puntuación una vez completado un mínimo de 4 pruebas.
XXXIV ‘Trofeu Nadal de Benidorm’ de Escala i Corda
El ‘Trofeu Nadal de Benidorm’ es uno de los eventos más antiguos y tradicionales que conmemoran estas fechas.
El ‘Trofeu’ comenzará este domingo 17 a las 12:00 con la primera semifinal entre Pere Roc II y Héctor vs. Giner y Pere.
La segunda semifinal tendrá lugar el domingo 24 de diciembre y la final el domingo 31 de diciembre.
El concejal de Deportes, que destacaba que acudirán “primeras figuras de este deporte que contribuirán a tener un especial reconocimiento a la persona de Vicente Pérez Devesa, que fue alcalde de la ciudad y que tanto trabajó para cuidar y promocionar una seña de identidad de los valencianos como es la pilota”.
Programación de Beninadal
El sábado día 16 de diciembre, tendrá lugar el tercer y último taller navideño del mes.
En esta ocasión, se centrará en la creación de adornos florales de Navidad y vendrá de la mano de ‘Florísima’, de 11:00 a 13:00 en el Museo Boca del Calvari.
Para los que estén interesados en participar, deben de enviar un correo a museobocacalvari@benidorm.org poniendo de asunto “Nadal al Museu”.
El mismo sábado por la tarde, a las 18:00, podremos disfrutar de las actuaciones infantiles que tendrán lugar en la Plaza de la Navidad.
El domingo 17 por la mañana, a las 12:00, actuará el Grupo Tramontana y por la tarde, a las 18:00, volveremos a contar con entretenimiento para los más pequeños, todo esto en la Plaza de la Navidad.

Last Concert of the XI International Organ Festival of Benidorm
This Saturday, December 16th, will mark the final day of concerts that have comprised the XI Organ Festival of Benidorm will take place with a Special Christmas Concert.
On this occasion, it will be the Benidorm Choir along with organist Josep Vicent Giner who will perform the concert on Saturday at the San Jaime Church at 8:00 PM.
As for the concert repertoire, it includes works by L. Claude Daquin, J.S Bach, P. I.Tchaikovsky, Claude Balbastre, Francis Poulenc, and A. Vivaldi.
Admission is free until capacity is reached.
Escape Rooms
The Escape Rooms organized by the Youth Department are starting.
On Sunday, December 17th, we can enjoy the first two: ‘la Cura’ and ‘Room 13’.
All of them will be at the Benidorm Cultural Centre, and the sessions for this Sunday are as follows: in the morning at 11:00, 12:00, and 13:00, and in the afternoon at 17:00, 18:00, and 19:00.
Those who are interested in participating should register at the Benidorm Youth Information Center, providing the names of the six participants and the chosen time slot along with a contact phone number.
XIII Benidorm San Silvestre
The San Silvestre is back in Benidorm for another edition.
This Sunday, December 17th, the San Silvestre «popular» race will take place with the following categories: 5km race and walk, and a children’s race.
The starting point will be at Avenida Europa, near Levante Beach, and the schedule will be as follows:
- 10:15 AM – ADULT COSTUMES
- 10:30 AM – RACE START
- 10:35 AM – WALK/NORDIC WALK START
- 11:45 AM – CHILDREN’S COSTUMES

50th edition of the Nautical Christmas
This weekend and the next, on January 13th and 14th, the 50th edition of the Nautical Christmas will be celebrated.
This weekend, there will be regattas for light sailing boats, including 420 and ILCA Class vessels.
The schedule of activities is as follows:
Saturday, December 16th
- Regatta office opening – 09:30 AM
- Start of trials – 12:00 PM
Sunday, December 17th
- Start of trials – 11:00 AM
- Trophy presentation – 4:30 PM
The competition will be held in fleet mode, by classes, with a total of 6 trials per class, with the option to discard the one with the lowest score once a minimum of 4 trials is completed.
XXXIV ‘Trofeu Nadal de Benidorm’ de Escala i Corda
(XXXIV ‘Benidorm Christmas Trophy’ of Scale and Corda)
The ‘Trofeu de Nadal de Benidorm (‘Benidorm Christmas Trophy’) is one of the oldest and most traditional events commemorating this time of year.
The ‘Trophy’ will begin this Sunday, the 17th, at 12:00 PM with the first semifinal between Pere Roc II and Héctor vs. Giner and Pere.
The second semifinal will take place on Sunday, December 24th, and the final on Sunday, December 31st.
This trophy «is one of the most traditional events of the season and the oldest of those organized to commemorate this time of year,» said the Sports Councillor, who emphasized that «top figures in this sport will be attending, contributing to a special recognition of Vicente Pérez Devesa, who was the mayor of the city and worked tirelessly to preserve and promote a symbol of Valencian identity, such as pilota.»
Beninadal Program
On Saturday, December 16th, the third and final Christmas workshop of the month will take place.
This time, it will focus on the creation of Christmas floral decorations and will be led by ‘Florísima,’ from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Boca del Calvari Museum.
