Benidorm se convierte del 9 al 17 de mayo en sede oficial de Mundiavocat 2026, el Mundial de Fútbol para Abogados, una competición internacional que reúne a equipos y profesionales del derecho procedentes de diferentes países.

El Mercado Medieval de Benidorm se celebrará del 8 al 10 de mayo en el Parque de Elche, transformando el centro histórico de la ciudad en un vibrante escenario medieval. Este evento, organizado por Legend Especialistas, contará con más de un centenar de puestos que ofrecerán artesanía, gastronomía y productos típicos de la época medieval.
Durante los tres días del mercado, se podrán disfrutar de diversas actividades culturales y espectáculos en vivo.
La actividad comenzará cada jornada a partir de las 11:00 h, con la apertura del mercado y una programación continuada durante todo el día. Desde primera hora, el público podrá disfrutar de animaciones por las calles del mercado, música ambiental, danzas de inspiración oriental y escenas teatralizadas que convertirán el paseo en una experiencia dinámica y sorprendente.
Uno de los grandes atractivos será el campamento de caballeros, donde se celebrarán entrenamientos, pruebas de habilidad y combates. Estas actividades permitirán al público acercarse al mundo medieval a través de exhibiciones llenas de acción, destreza y espíritu aventurero. También habrá momentos destacados como el nombramiento de caballeros, una propuesta especialmente llamativa para familias y visitantes que quieran vivir de cerca la fantasía medieval.
La música tendrá un papel protagonista durante todo el evento. La programación incluye conciertos, pasacalles musicales, sones de otras tierras, músicos reales y actuaciones como Concordi Sonitus, además de espectáculos pensados para crear ambiente en distintos momentos del día. Las melodías medievales, los ritmos orientales y las intervenciones musicales itinerantes acompañarán a quienes recorran el mercado.
Las danzas y espectáculos visuales también ocuparán un lugar destacado. El público podrá disfrutar de propuestas como Danzas de Oriente, La danza embrujada, La danza de arena, Ritual de danza, La danza prohibida o La danzarina del reino, actuaciones que aportarán color, movimiento y fantasía a la programación. Estas escenas estarán pensadas para sorprender tanto a adultos como a niños, creando diferentes ambientes a lo largo de la jornada.
Además, Benidorm Medieval contará con animaciones teatrales y personajes que recorrerán el mercado, como bufones, músicos, monjes, aprendices de caballeros y otros protagonistas inspirados en la Edad Media. Entre las actividades previstas se incluyen propuestas como Los mendigos hambrientos, Bufones de la corte, En busca del ladrón, La bendición de los monjes o El embrujo de la música, que aportarán humor, misterio y entretenimiento al recorrido.
La oferta se completará con momentos pensados para disfrutar del ambiente gastronómico, como La hora del buen yantar, invitando a hacer una pausa en el paseo y saborear la experiencia del mercado. From 9 to 17 May, Benidorm will become the official host city of Mundiavocat 2026, the World Football Cup for Lawyers, an international competition bringing together teams and legal professionals from different countries.

🏰 Medieval Market in Benidorm
Did you know that the heart of the Costa Blanca transforms into a medieval village? Get ready for the smell of burning wood, the music of minstrels and the finest artisanal flavours.
The event begins each day from 11:00 a.m., with the opening of the market and a continuous programme throughout the day. From the morning onwards, visitors will be able to enjoy street entertainment, atmospheric music, oriental-inspired dances and theatrical scenes that will turn a walk through the market into a lively and surprising experience.
One of the main attractions will be the knights’ camp, where training sessions, skill tests and combat displays will take place. These activities will bring visitors closer to the medieval world through performances full of action, skill and adventure. The programme will also include special moments such as the knighting ceremony, a particularly eye-catching activity for families and visitors who want to experience the fantasy of the Middle Ages up close.
Music will play a leading role throughout the event. The programme includes concerts, musical parades, sounds from distant lands, royal musicians and performances such as Concordi Sonitus, as well as shows designed to create atmosphere at different times of the day. Medieval melodies, oriental rhythms and travelling musical performances will accompany visitors as they explore the market.
Dance and visual shows will also be an important part of the event. Visitors will be able to enjoy performances such as Oriental Dances, The Enchanted Dance, The Sand Dance, Dance Ritual, The Forbidden Dance and The Dancer of the Kingdom, bringing colour, movement and fantasy to the programme. These shows are designed to surprise both adults and children, creating different atmospheres throughout the day.
Benidorm Medieval will also feature theatrical entertainment and characters moving through the market, including jesters, musicians, monks, apprentice knights and other figures inspired by the Middle Ages. Activities such as The Hungry Beggars, Court Jesters, In Search of the Thief, The Blessing of the Monks and The Spell of Music will add humour, mystery and entertainment to the experience.
The programme will also include moments to enjoy the market’s food atmosphere, such as The Hour of Good Eating, inviting visitors to take a break and savour the medieval market experience.
