Exposición CaixaForum Leonardo Da Vinci

Desde el 18 de febrero hasta el 25 de marzo, disfruta en Benidorm de la exposición Leonardo Da Vinci. Observa.Cuestiona.Experimenta. organizada por la fundación la Caixa y Museo Leonardo Da Vinci -Clos Lucé en colaboración con el Ayuntamiento de Benidorm. Se trata de un recorrido interactivo para descubrir los principios de su creatividad a través de contenidos audiovisuales, juegos y modelos a escala real de sus inventos.

Ubicación: Avenida Europa con Avenida Alcoy (a la altura da la Biblio playa de Levante).
Entrada gratuita con acceso libre o visitas comentadas.

The Exploding Boys celebran su XVIII aniversario en Benidorm

El próximo 7 de marzo, Benidorm se convertirá en el epicentro de la música alternativa con la llegada de The Exploding Boys, una banda tributo reconocida como la mejor de España en su categoría. Con más de dieciocho años de trayectoria, el grupo rinde homenaje a algunas de las bandas más influyentes del post-punk y la new wave, como The Cure, Depeche Mode, Joy Division y New Order.

El concierto tendrá lugar en Rockstar Benidorm, ubicado en C/ Gerona 17, con apertura de puertas a las 21:00 horas. Será una oportunidad única para revivir en directo los himnos de una generación que marcó la historia de la música, con un repertorio cuidadosamente seleccionado que transportará al público a la esencia de los años 80 y 90.

Maresía Dúo protagoniza una nueva jornada del Ciclo de Grandes Recitales en Benidorm

El próximo viernes 7 de marzo, Benidorm volverá a convertirse en punto de encuentro para los aficionados a la música clásica con una nueva cita del Ciclo de Grandes Recitales. En esta ocasión, el evento contará con la actuación de Maresía Dúo, un conjunto formado por Laura Vidal al violonchelo y Carla Gómez al piano, dos intérpretes de gran talento que ofrecerán una experiencia musical única.

Carnaval Popular de Benidorm 2025:

El sábado 8 de marzo, Benidorm se convierte en un escenario vibrante de disfraces, música y diversión con la celebración de su esperado Carnaval Popular 2025. Un evento que une a locales y visitantes en un espectáculo de creatividad y fiesta sin igual.

Desfile Infantil – 10:30h : Salida desde C/ Escuelas

Los más pequeños serán los protagonistas de la mañana con un desfile lleno de ilusión y color. Disfraces originales, personajes fantásticos y mucha energía recorrerán las calles de Benidorm en un evento perfecto para disfrutar en familia.

 Desfile de Adultos – 21:00h : Salida desde C/ Ruzafa

Cuando cae la noche, el carnaval se transforma en una explosión de imaginación y espectáculo. El gran desfile de adultos llenará el centro de Benidorm de disfraces sorprendentes, carrozas y un ambiente festivo que promete diversión hasta altas horas de la madrugada.

Música, animación y una ciudad volcada en la fiesta te esperan en este Carnaval 2025. No importa si vienes a participar o simplemente a disfrutar del espectáculo, lo importante es vivir la magia del carnaval en Benidorm.

25 Años de Camino a Santiago desde Benidorm

El próximo 8 y 9 de marzo, Benidorm conmemora un hito especial: el 25º aniversario del Camino a Santiago desde Benidorm. Un cuarto de siglo desde la inauguración del ramal que conecta la Marina Baixa con el Camino del Sureste o La Lana.

Durante dos días, la ciudad rendirá homenaje a esta tradición con un programa de actividades que combina espiritualidad, cultura e historia.

Programa de actividades:

Sábado 8 de marzo:

10:00 – Misa del peregrino en la emblemática Iglesia de San Jaime, punto de inicio para muchos caminantes. A continuación, visita al albergue juvenil «Séquia Mare», una referencia en la acogida de peregrinos, y recorrido por una exposición fotográfica que repasa los 25 años de historia del Camino desde Benidorm.
14:00 – Comida compartida entre peregrinos y asistentes.
18:30 – Conferencia en el Salón de Actos del Ayuntamiento, donde se abordará la historia y evolución de esta ruta jacobea desde la ciudad.
21:00 – Cena de convivencia, un momento especial para compartir experiencias y anécdotas entre peregrinos y amantes del Camino.

Domingo 9 de marzo

10:00 – Visita guiada al Tossal de la Cala y caminata de 8 km, un recorrido cargado de historia y vistas impresionantes, evocando el espíritu de peregrinación.
14:00 – Comida de clausura, cerrando un fin de semana lleno de emoción y tradición.

Este aniversario no solo celebra el pasado, sino que también refuerza el compromiso de Benidorm con el espíritu jacobeo, consolidándose como un punto clave en la ruta hacia Santiago.

CaixaForum Leonardo Da Vinci Exhibition

From February 18 to March 25, enjoy the Leonardo Da Vinci exhibition in Benidorm, organized by the Caixa Foundation and the Leonardo Da Vinci Museum – Clos Lucé in collaboration with the City Council. It is an interactive tour to discover the principles of his creativity through audiovisual content, games and full-scale models of his inventions.

Location: Avenida Europa with Avenida Alcoy (at the height of the Levante Beach Library).

The Exploding Boys celebrate their 18th anniversary in Benidorm

On March 7th, Benidorm will become the epicentre of alternative music with the arrival of The Exploding Boys, a tribute band recognised as the best in Spain in its category. With more than eighteen years of experience, the group pays tribute to some of the most influential bands of post-punk and new wave, such as The Cure, Depeche Mode, Joy Division and New Order.

The concert will take place at Rockstar Benidorm, located at C/ Gerona 17, with doors opening at 9:00 p.m. It will be a unique opportunity to relive live the anthems of a generation that marked the history of music, with a carefully selected repertoire that will transport the public to the essence of the 80s and 90s.

Maresía Dúo stars in a new day of the Cycle of Great Recitals in Benidorm

Children’s Parade – 10:30 AM :  Starting point: C/ Escuelas

The little ones take centre stage in the morning with a parade full of joy and colour. Expect original costumes, fantastic characters, and plenty of energy filling the streets of Benidorm in a family-friendly event.

Adults’ Parade – 9:00 PM: Starting point: C/ Ruzafa

As night falls, the carnival transforms into an explosion of imagination and spectacle. The grand Adults’ Parade will take over the heart of Benidorm with dazzling costumes, floats, and a festive atmosphere that promises entertainment until the early hours.

25 Years of the Camino de Santiago from Benidorm

On 8th and 9th March, Benidorm will commemorate a special milestone: the 25th anniversary of the Camino de Santiago from Benidorm. A quarter of a century has passed since the inauguration of the route connecting the Marina Baixa with the Camino del Sureste or La Lana.

For two days, the city will pay tribute to this tradition with a programme of activities that blends spirituality, culture, and history.

Program of Activities

Saturday, 8th March:

10:00 AM – Pilgrim’s Mass at the emblematic San Jaime Church, a key starting point for many walkers. Afterwards, there will be a visit to the «Séquia Mare» youth hostel, a reference for pilgrim accommodation, followed by a photographic exhibition showcasing 25 years of the Camino from Benidorm.
2:00 PM – Shared meal among pilgrims and attendees.
6:30 PM – Conference at the Town Hall Assembly Hall, where the history and evolution of this Jacobean route from the city will be discussed.
9:00 PM – Gathering dinner, a special moment to share experiences and stories with fellow pilgrims and Camino enthusiasts.

Sunday, 9th March:

10:00 AM – Guided visit to Tossal de la Cala and an 8 km walk, a route filled with history and breathtaking views, evoking the spirit of pilgrimage.
2:00 PM – Closing meal, bringing an emotional and traditional weekend to an end.

This anniversary not only celebrates the past but also reinforces Benidorm’s commitment to the Jacobean spirit, solidifying its place as a key point on the route to Santiago.

Until 20th March, visitors can immerse themselves in the works of this Basque painter, who has found an endless source of inspiration in Benidorm. Her watercolours reflect the Mediterranean light, the city’s most iconic spots, and its vibrant soul.
