Un año más Benidorm ha acogido la celebración del ‘Benidorm Pride’, la semana del orgullo gay que se ha celebrado del 8 al 15 de Septiembre. El ‘Benidorm Pride‘ celebra el Día del Orgullo Gay, que se conmemora el 28 de Junio, una fecha en la que se recuerdan los disturbios de Stonewall, Nueva York, de 1969, que marcaron el inicio del movimiento de liberación homosexual.

La semana del orgullo ‘Benidorm Pride’ ha contado con una completa oferta de actos y actividades, con una “Boat Party”, un festival de cine, una feria del libro, un torneo de voley playa, una “Drag Race” y la espectacular gala «Drag Queen«. Once again Benidorm host the Gay Pride Day as the ‘Benidorm Pride‘, the Gay Pride Week that took place from 8th to 15th of September. The ‘Benidorm Pride‘ celebrates the Gay Pride Day, a date that remember the Stonewall riots of New York in 1969, which marked the beginning of the gay liberation movement.
